I was referred to Linkwood Contracting when looking for someone to do our back-to-the-studs kitchen renovation. When speaking with Ben to get a quote, he brought up things we needed to consider that the other contractors I had quoting didn't even mention. I then requested references before making a final decision. One particular reference was very glowing but what I remember the most was that she said she had Ben go through a prospective new house to approve what they wanted to change before they finalized their offer. I figured that was as good a reference as any so decided to go with Linkwood for our kitchen renovation. A great decision. Everything went very smoothly - in the expected timelines and on budget. When we decided to do a bit more extensive renovation of our bedrooms, including adding an ensuite bathroom and walk-closet, we only contacted Linkwood for a quote. Ben kept in constant communication while we had to await permits from the City which was very reassuring. And once again the project went very smoothly and on budget. We very much appreciate Ben's professionalism and communication - even when a few surprises arose during the project.
